100+ Women Who Care Northern Virginia was founded in 2012 by the following women who were looking to make an impact in their local community.

Traci Richards
Traci is the Managing Partner of HealthCue, a consulting firm that works with healthcare providers on technological, legal and practice management matters. She takes her passion for open communication between healthcare providers and their patients using technology to create mobile apps focused on specific health issues, such as iCanFind Everything Breast Cancer. Her desire to make a difference in her local community led Traci to launch 100+ Women Who Care Northern Virginia.

Nancy Mayes
With 20 years of experience in marketing, communications and public relations, Nancy brings both expertise and energy to any project she’s involved with through her company, Mayes Communications. A Tennessee native, Nancy began her career working on a local school-business partnership program where she learned the importance of establishing strong relationships, community activism, and project management. The majority of her work now is in the not-for-profit healthcare industry.

Michelle Goode
Michelle is a native Virginian who is passionate about family and volunteering. She attended Virginia Tech and continued her education at Northern Virginia Community College to pursue her other passion – dental hygiene. Michelle has worked as a registered dental hygienist for more than 17 years at Virginia Dental Solutions.
